Confused
I wonder if anyone else has suffered sleeplessness and confusion on these pills. I've been taking these pills for a few weeks and I am extremely irritated and confused. I don't know what to think.

Keeps my mind active...
I take this supplement because I need as much of an edge in mental sharpness as possible. It helps me to think clearer and keep my mind active. I find it useful and the price and quality are great. I recommend this product.

Awesome!
My job is extremely demanding. I'm 57 years young & my memory is not as good as it was. I read the reviews & bought it. I've been using this product for a month now, and it works! I also take the Omega 3-6-9. This is an excellent combination for me. I'm more able to focus, retain information and have a clear mind. As a result, I'm in a better mood. I highly recommend it.

clear thoughts and memory, too!
Haven't taken it longer than a month- just taking it once a day. I am trying to get my certificate in sign language and never had the confidence that I could remember all the signs. Now I do. I can remember things from younger years that I didn't recall at all. I also can finish a sentence. My husband says he seems to remember his dreams better, whereas he never could. Going to order more today. Can't wait to see what taking it twice a day will do. You won't make a mistake ordering this product.

Staple for Good Brain Health
Have supplemented with Brain Essentials for about 3 years on a consistent basis. Truely like the way this supplement enhances my brain activity and gives me a smooth and bright outlook on life. My thinking has seemed to improve, with a more clear and healthy feeling. Essentials for your brain
As a graduate student at a well known and highly accredited university, I need to make sure my brain functions on a highly intellectual level. Mistakes must be kep to a minimun. I began taking Swanson's Condition Specific Brain Essentials my first year and noticed an increased ability to concentrate, stay focused and memorize information. I highly recommend Brain Essentials for optimal brain function.

Seems to work
I have only used this a short time but have noticed an improvement. I feel, like most other supplements, it takes time to notice a difference and the effect is subtle. I do feel it is effective and will purchase more.
