Relief
This product helped with night sweats and hot flashes. Thought I did not need it anymore so quit using it. Symptoms came back but were back under control once I began taking it again.

I'm Happy!
My stress hormones were very high on testing, so my Dr. recommended am adrenal support. Swanson's price was much better than a compounding pharmacy the Dr. recommended. After about 15 months on the Adrenal Essentials, my stress hormones are at normal levels on testing. My Dr. and I are both happy, and I seem to be coping with stress better. I've already recommended to 2 relatives.

2nd Day...
Well, I'm dead tired as I write this review with my energetic 3 yr old babbling beside me at 6am. For the past two nights I have not been able to get to sleep or have a deep enough sleep once I do get to sleep after taking one capsule before bed. I've taken other adrenal supports which have NEVER affected my sleep negatively. In fact, they increased the quality of my sleep. This is my first time taking the Swansons compilation. I'm looking up each ingredient to find out if any of them are energizing and according to a couple reviewers for trimethylglycine they said do NOT take it right before bed---better yet, take it early in the morning. So.... I will now take one Adrenal Support upon waking and another late morning so I can get in the daily recommended dosage. I'll review again in another couple weeks...... (I NEED SLEEEEEEEP!)

Love This
I was going out to visit my Mom and asked her to order me Raw Adrenal-she did. To my delight she also ordered Adrenal Essentials. I took both 3 to 4 times a day. What can I say I have taxed my body of its energy. I require a lot of energy to help prepare her for the winter months. I noticed a big difference taking both, the Essentials was an extra boost I needed. Not taking them I feel exhausted, can't get enough sleep, wake up a lot at night. (Normally I have difficulty sleeping-feeling too tired to go to sleep and then waking up many times. Not this visit!!!)
In my 20's I was an adrenal junkie, now in my 50's I really need to support my adrenals.

Good Product
I purchased these for my older daughter as she had been having problems sleeping. They worked almost immediately for her. So much so that I tried them, too. I found that I can take them for a couple of days and then have to take a day off or I will be too tired. I think I need more sleep than I allow myself sometimes. I am experiencing all kinds of perimenopausal symptoms, including sleeplessness. This product helps.

Energy
I seem to run low in energy during the summer months. First time to try this adrenal supplement was a year ago. It does help me and is effective. I do not have fatigue. I take it with a licorice supplement because my husband read that the licorice also works with the adrenal for energy.

I have used this product for almost a year. I feel so much better. I enjoy a great deal more energy and much more able to deal with stress.

Worked for Me
I've been taking adrenal supplements for the past year and a half, trying out different brands. You can't beat the price on this one and I found it to be very effective. I take one of these with a raw adrenal supplement and vitamin B complex in the morning and I am all set for the day. I've been very happy with Swanson's brand.

very relaxing
this supplement has definitely helped me deal with everyday work and workout stress. i take this along with 750 mg. gaba, twice a day..mid-morning then again mid-afternoon. then at night i take 750 mg. gaba. overall it works for me! i have never felt better in a long time! i'm very pleased!
