Stress releiver
I also heard about this product on Dr Oz. This has helped calm me down. I have a lot of stress in my job and I noticed rite away how much calmer I am. As far as helping with my appetite it is ok. I am purchasing a second bottle.

Curbed My Snacking Impulse
I purchased this after hearing about it on the "Belly Fat Diet" episode of Dr. Oz.. I have been taking it for a few weeks however, from Day 1, my snacking stopped! My husband has noticed the difference in my appetite and portion control and started taking it himself. I have not noticed any negative side effects such as irritability or shaking.

Good Product
I'm excited with the results of this product! After only using it for a couple of weeks, I noticed I am sleeping better. I've tried lots of supplements but this has appeared to give me the best results and Swanson Vitamins has the best prices.

I have been using Relora for many years. It has helped me with my feelings of stress. It is marketed as a weight control product, yet I find it more useful to help lift my mood when I begin feeling up-tight. It has been very beneficial for me.

Stick with it
I just want to thank everyone who reviewed this product. It was because of you I even gave it a thought. I always forget to take pills so I am never taking them the dosage recommended. I take them in am but get so busy during the day I forget. That said I have noticed a difference in my weight since I started taking relora.i quit smoking 6 years ago and packed on the pounds. I am not type to go to a gym so of course I have become overweight . Taking relora on a two week one pill in am and sometimes one at noon basis I have noticed a drop in my weight. My clothes are becoming loose. Not a lot just noticeable. If I took this as recommended I would probably lose faster. But I am comfortable loosing slowly. My eating habits have changed. I am not hungry all the time and I have little or no desire for sweets. Drink a lot of water when you take it is the best advise I read. It was slow to notice a difference so stick with it. Everyone is different so it may take longer for some to notice anything. Thanks again to all the reviewers you have made a big difference for me.

Sleep at last
This product helps relax my mind at night which helps me fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer I cannot believe it worked on the first night! This was a great buy for the money and would recommend it highly

You have got to try this
I tried this, hoping that it would help with stress eating. Well it did more than that, I am easier to be around, people actually like me. I am smiling more because I'm not feeling the stress, I am handling things better, therefore there is less stress from other people. The ripple effect stops with me. I love this stuff. Oh, and by the way it says to take 1, 3xs a day, but I only take one, I don't need any more than that.

Side effects
Since I started this product I have had a problem with dry mouth. If you google Relora side effects you will find this is not uncommon. I wish this site listed possible side effects. On the upside I am drinking a lot more, in fact I am thirsty all of time, but that does not help the dry mouth.

I have only been taking these for a short time, but have noticed some changes. I am not hungry all the time. I am sleeping better than I have in years, and I seem to handle stress better. I assume that the stress factor is what it is all about.

Helpful product!
This summer I resolved to take off the 20 lbs I've gained over the last couple years and this product seems to help along with another Swanson product, FucoLean. I take both products 1st thing in the a.m. before breakfast & just before supper and am gradually taking off the extra lbs, (~6 lbs in 2 mo.) which will hopefully help keep it off! Taking these products I don't seem to "gain back" as easy as without them!

Great product
I actually purchase these for my mother, not only has she lost a few pounds but she has also noticed that she seems to have a lot less stress. And I couldn't believe how little these cost compared to what other companies are charging.

Keeps me calm down.
I do recommend this product... highly! it keeps me clam down and believe me... I have lots of stress!!! I even have days can not chew 'cuz my jaw is supper stressed... well, this pills works wonder in my stress levels, helps me focus and concentrate... as far as weight loss... it helps me avoid anxious/overeating which is great! I combine this with the apple cider vinegar pills and I have lose inches off my back, but I have maintaing my 155 punds, which is great! I am 5'7".

Fantastic product!
I recommend this product to anyone who would like to 'feel' less 'hunger' and 'more full' after eating.
Along with 'eating proper healthy foods' and lots of 'bottled pure water', this has been a great supportive product that I will take the rest of my life!
