Swanson's Chitosan
Great stuff. Usually eat healthy, but for those every now and then pizza/fast- food nights out, chitosan is great.

A must-have
I have a bottle of this at work, at home, and in my purse at all times. Though I try to eat healthy, sometimes I crave high-calorie food. I truly believe this product keeps me from gaining exctra weight. It keeps me lean and blocks many calories from being absorbed. I am a body-builder and I rely on this product. I will never be without it.

Helped me for years
Fat be gone, or at least some of it.
I have been taking this for close to 10 yrs. now and I know it works.....I take according to what i will be eating....I sometimes double the amount if a meal is higher in fat.

ultrachitosan great product
I have used it for years. I believe it works in combination with good diet.. Best advice is to start with a few and build up to the maximum. Good for fiber needs too, but not for those with seafood allergies .

Works for me
I am 80 years old and getting fat! I am using the
LipoSan Ultra Chitosan before every meal. In two months I have dropped from size 18 to size 14, without using someone else's menu! If you feel the chitosan is constipating, simply take
a stool softener, no problem.

chitosan product
I did not see any difference with my body while
taking this product.my nutrition and exercise levels were all the same.Very disappointed.

Good for weightloss
I've been taking this for a couple years & love it. It's a good way to get enough water in you. I also take chromium picolinate, L-carnitine & Co-Q10 for weightloss. In the first 6 months, I went from 172 to 140. THANK-YOU Swanson.

Best Chitosan product
I and my wife take this everyday. and this is the best weight loss product. but when you take this, pls take two glass of water!

This Chitosan Works
Other chitosan products always required you to take them 30 minutes to an hour before eating. They worked too, but the waiting was hard. With Swanson Chitosan you don't have to wait before you eat. The most I have lost using this chitosan is 20 pounds in three months.

Great product!
This is the best Chitosan product that I have used. It does not claim to burn off fat...it is supposed to absorb some of the fat in your digestive system to assist with weight loss. I am very haopy with the quality and effectiveness of this product. Thank you!

Not so good
I tried this product and it did absolutely nothing for me. It did not burn fat off my body like it claims to do. I would not recomend this product to anyone.
