I think pretty good...
I have been using for 8 mths. I think it works as my weight stays in tact and I don't hungry....
I eat a healthy diet already though....

I think the fucoxathin has boosted my metabolism. I don't think it has been anything major, but I do think it has made a small but noticable boost.

Controls Cravings and Hunger
I have been taking this for a couple of weeks and have noticed my cravings for sweets (especially ice cream floats in the evenings) have disappeared almost completely. I was hoping this would help curb my sweet tooth so I will continue to order this product.

Good for Weight Control
I have been consuming this supplement for more than 1 month, and it has been effective in keeping my weight in control despite my large appetite.
The only side effect, which is expected, results from the thermogenic effects of the supplement - I feel overly warm on hot days that I used to tolerate well, and I have to drink more water.

BellaLean, has been helpful
My weightloss goal is to lose pounds slow and steady. When I take Bellalean I lose at least a quarter pound a week more than when I am out of it.

Not what I planned!
This was recommended from a diet book for weight loss. I took this product for two weeks and actually saw a weight gain. Swanson had a very good price, packaging and easy to take capsules, as all their products are. I guess I was just misled by the book I read.

Not For Me!
Eventhough, I like the excellent cost of this Swanson product, I I just didn't see any results from it. Can't say that it won't work for others because our bodies aren't the same.

I work out regularly and have been taking the bellalean for a few months now. I honestly have not seen much in the way of results.

Great yet expensive
Combining With exercise, I felt that it helped regulate my appetite and reduce body fat.
However, I'm not sure if you can take this with chitosan which I take prior to fatty meals

Easy to take
It's a little early to really say it's worked for me. My weight fluctuates a lot. However since taking this product I've stay the same at least. I've started a Zumba class and hoping to see more results soon. I've only been taking Fucolean for about 2 weeks.

Long time--but works.
My wife has been taking this product for about a year now. For ~6 months, she could not really see/feel a difference, but it appears to have kicked-in and she has burned a lot of fat from her body since. This is also in conjunction with her walking and exercising but she was also doing the same before. She is one who would not want to spend this kind of money on something for herself unless she felt she was benefitting from it.
I recommend it because not only what I have seen--a loss of 16 pounds, mostly fatty tissue--but also because she seems convinced it works and has been a worthy investment.

Great appetite suppressant
