Fat Burner makes us feel better
We have tried these types of products before; because we thought they would be more gentle on the system but didn't have much luck. We tried this particular product because it has the Chromium in it. Most metabolic enhancers cost $30 a bottle and usually just make us jittery. Swanson's Fat Burner make us feel better and at a fair price. We bought four bottles and got four free on our first order and plan to keep buying and using this product.

Did not like
I took this supplement for 3 weeks, saw no results. However, they kept me in bathroom, at an alarming rate. I decided to discontinue product when all of sudden I started feeling weird. Not myself.

Fat Burner hasnt lived up to its name
Easy to take, 1 or 2 tablets before a meal, with 8 oz of water. Havent seen a pound burn up yet, and I watch what I eat. Perhaps I havent taken it for long enough period of time.

Fat Burner pills
You know, I can't commend or knock a product based on my stupidity or lack of ability to follow directions!! However, all these fat burner pills ask that you take them with water a couple of hours before eating and this just doesn't work for me at all. Why can't they invent a pill that you take AFTER you eat that will take care of all the fat you've eaten??? I hardly ever know 2 hours ahead of time that I will be eating and if I wait until I am hungry, then two hours is too long to wait after taking the pills. So, NOT the fault of the pill at all but at this stage, they are not doing a thing for me as I am just not disciplined enough to remember to take them.

Too bad I'm allergic to B6
While my Aunt uses these and has great results, unfortunately I am allergic to B6 in supplement form, as some people are. I unfortunately found this out after taking the product for 2 days, getting hives lightly the first time and a major outbreak the 2nd. I had to discontinue, though I wish I didn't have to.

Good Buy
I recently bought this along with C-120 X and Svetol. I was already taking glucomannan and tonalin CLA. After adding the first three, my weight loss took off! I am so pleased, and will continue to talke this combination until I reach my goal. These products are well worth the cost.

It works for me
I have been taking Fat Burner for about a year. It has helped me lose almost 40 pounds in conjunction with portion control, cutting fried/fatty and high carb foods and increased water consumption. I am less hungry at mealtime and between meals. I ran out a month ago and boy, can I tell the difference! I'm re-ordering today and expect that when I start exercising consistently, I'll see the pounds start dropping again!

Smell!!!!
I could not even try it because of it's smell. Was hoping to add an extra push to my exercise, but I think I would rather go long way and keep those extra pounds and will never have to swallow this disastrous smelly pill. I'm generally very picky, but it smells terrible to me.

Get Your Butt Movin' :)
This product alone will not work, there is no such thing as a miracle bottle... this product is suppose to assist you in the process of a clean diet and an exercise regiment... it might help you with 10% or 20% ... it all comes down to what the consumer puts in... My dad bought this product, I ended up using it... I will be taking this product once I begin cutting, sometime in January, I expect good results once again... :)

Not sure
The effectiveness of this product was very disappointing. I should have taken heed to previous customer reviews of this produt. I am trying to lose some vanity pounds and this didn't help me at all to achieve my goal.

Combined with exercise and eating healthy, i feel the fat burner has given that extra something to my weight loss and toned look. i feel just great taking it! it doesn't make me feel like i have too much energy or jittery like others i have used in the past.

It has worked for us
Both my husband and I have been using this product. Taken as directed and controlling portion sizes and doing moderate exercise both of us have lost weight. He has lost 25 pounds and I have lost 12. We're both halfway to our ultimate goals.

Lost 5 lbs
This product has helped me lose 5 lbs in a week. I have just begun exercising and eating healthier and I've been taking this product for extra support. I do believe this product is working, and believe I will achieve my desired results with this product.
Note: the pill is really hard, thick and a bit large: hence hard to swollow for me, but I manage. I suggest, they manufacture this pill differently, maybe in a capsule form.
