I recently ordered this product. I have to say I am completely amazed how effective it is. With in days i noticed a huge change in appetite and how easily it was to change the eating temptations I had. I definitely recommend it.

Great product
The very first day I took this, I noticed a decrease in sugar cravings---and I ate less! the caps are small and easy to take--it's a winner!

I've tried other chromium in the past with good results (reduction in sugar cravings) but so far not much results here - perhaps I'm not taking enough, so I've doubled the suggested dosage - hopefully that will make a difference -

am seeing results
i have added this to my weight loss plan and am seeing results. since taking i have been able to start seeing loss after hitting a spell when there was nothing coming off. not been taking it long but hope it continues to help.

Effective Capsules
I take one of these daily. I think it helps rev up my 50+ year old metabolism. As long as I combine it with a healthy diet and lots of exercise, I will lose weight/inches.

Excellent product
I have had trouble with weight ever since the age of 21. I have used many diet programs and exercises. This product seems to help increase my metabolism. I use it as directed every day. I am happy to have found this product. I intend to keep using it. Thank you.

Helps meals be less fatty
I have been using this product for years and it really seems to help (as long as I remember to take it!). Unlike similar products, you can take these 5 minutes before the meal 9as opposed too 30-60 minutes for other types), so there is much less chance of forgetting. Easy to carry a few in purse for restaurant meals, definately recommended!

Still crave sugar
This product did nothing to control my craving for sugar at all. Chromium Picolinate does not aid in weight loss. This product did not help me at all.

I give to my hubby and we are noticing, his appetite is smaller. Doesn't need to eat as much. Will help with weight too.

Good value
After taking it for a week, I did notice I had less cravings and would "forget" to eat. I take it with Biotin to boost effectiveness. I will give it more time to do it's job so I could assess results then. Good price compared with downtown stores.
