This stuff is great!
I have used this for about a year. It give me color that holds out pretty well for a henna product. My only issue is the length of time I need to leave it on (having white hair) -- It says to leave it for 60 minutes, but I leave it for 75 or 90, depending on what's going on at home. When I do that the color is good. My hair looks especially good for the right after I color it -- shiny, soft, and all the things us girls want!

henne hair color
I love henne hair color. It's a great conditioner and colors well. It does wash out fast but I still love it.

turned my grey orange
I have dark brown hair and had tried the Surey Brasil powder, but it turned my grey hair orange (grey at the temples and hairline). The rest of my hair was great, a nice red tint. I left it on for 3 hours. I repeated it thinking it would darken the orange, but it stayed the same colour. I then tried the cream in dark brown as it's supposed to be better on the grey. It did turn the orange a little darker, but it was still orange. I left it on for three hours. It probably works good if you only have a little grey, but along my hairline it is quite grey, the rest of my hair doesn't have much grey and the colour on that part was good.

Great feel, short lasting
Compared to typical store bought hair colors, this product felt and smelled much better in my hair. It didn't dry my hair out during the dying process like chemical dyes do, and there was no unpleasant after-smell. I liked the resultant color. However, I noticed color washing out each time I shampooed for over a week after dying. About 2 weeks later, I feel there is little color left. I understand that with henna, it builds up with multiple uses, I can't comment on this until I try it again! I hope this is true, as I would like this product to be more effective.

Soft-Looking Healthy Hair
Great alternative to harmful chemical coloring products. I'm aware this product is not as healthy as natural henna but henna was a mess for my hair, much harder to apply, and more time consuming. I'm so happy that I found an affordable alternative. The only downside, it leaves my hair a redish color that is noticeable in the sun.

Colors and conditions
Surya Henna is an excellent product to color and condition hair. I have used it for over five years. The cream is easy to apply and doesn't make a mess. It covers my gray hair and lasts about a month. I recommend this product.

Completely Satisfied
This product does exactly as described.
My wife used other over the counter hair colors and found that she was allergic to most ingrediants and after using them virtually ended up in the emergency room from adverse reactions.
She was very nervous about using this product but afterwords she could not express how wonderful she felt with the results.
She no longer has to worry about any reactions to the product and an hour after using this she has asked me to place another order immediately and will definately continue to use this trusted product from now on.

Excellent Product, Great Price
I was ecstatic to find that Swanson now carries this hair coloring. I've been using it for a couple of years and paying much more.
Although I"m aware that this isn't quite as healthy as pure henna, it's healthier than the other hair dyes that are not henna-based. It leaves my hair feeling so soft and looking great. It's just as easy to use as dyes such as Loving Care.
For me, the treatment lasts about a month. I wash my hair about 3 times per week.

Love this product
This product is a great alternative to using chemical hair color. It's easy to use and really covers the gray and I have alot of it. I highly recommend this product. Gives a nice auburn sheen to my hair.

HAIR COLOR REVOLUTION!
An attractive, 56 year old woman, trying to tolerate coloring my gray roots with commercial dyes, I found so repulsive!!! I made the decision to try this henna product.
It's remarkable! No mixing, offensive odor, or dangerous chemicals! And best of all....it's great for may hair! I touch up my gray roots on a weekly basis and each time I do the gray's get darker and my hair gets more manageable. Other henna products fail in comparison, IMHO.

Natural is good!
This product does exactly what it claims. The great part is that it is very kind to your hair, and you don't have to discard the remaining portion after you open it. You can use it again!
