Blender Ball Family Fun! Makes it fun, creative and easy to see what can be done with this! We like to make a variety mix of individual favorites... starting with powdered protein, veggie or fruit drinks, pudding, yogurt, ice cream, etc. My individual favorite is dumping in a box of sugar free pudding (over the blender ball)...add a lg. scoop of plain Greek fat free yogurt, then top it off with light soy milk and shake. It's very thick and creamy, yet fat free and very little sugar. February 29, 2012
