Directions: Adults, dissolve one packet into a 4 oz. to 6 oz. glass of juice or water.

Dosage: Take one packet on an empty stomach before bedtime (approx. 1 hr. after your last meal). Occasionally, people who can't sleep at night after taking this product might elect to take this product in the morning (approx. 20 min. before first meal). Use for 28 days then skip 2 to 3 days, then start over for another 28 day cycle.
