Sweet disappointment I got this thinking it might be like a similar product no longer available but it wasn't even close. A true sugar substitute should match in texture as well as taste. This tasted fine but was so finely ground it stuck at the shaker head of my previous container and was generally a pain to work with. I'm sure if you spooned it out of its original container it would be fine for baking or such but not for my purposes. I sprinkle it over my oatmeal to give it some taste. A good tasting product but not for me. May 3, 2014
Excellent product This is my go-to Stevia for my morning coffee. It requires so little, but I did have to play with the amount until I got it right for me. I act like it is my sugar bowl, but it is so much better for you! I keep it in the cabinet with my daughter's old baby spoon on top of it. It is easy to measure the same amount every time...no guessing! One jar lasts a very long time since I only use it at home. I use packets or liquid Stevia when I am outside the house and need a drink to be sweetened. At a restaurant, I get water with lemons and make my own (healthy) lemonade. All the drinks at the restaurant have items that I don't want to put in my body anymore. Do your own research for a healthier you....You deserve it! March 6, 2014
Powdered Stevia Used with Truvia to make sugar-free biscotti and ended up throwing the batter out. It has a very bitter taste that stays in the mouth. I may have put in too much - not sure - used about 2 Tblsp. Have used Truvia many times in the past, so it wasn't that. January 29, 2014
