Delicious addition to my cereal
I had heard about the great health benefits of flax seed and decided to try it out. After reading the descriptions and reviews for several, finally decided on this one. It has a subtle nutty flavor that I really like. Am on my fourth bag, usually order a few at a time, and am always pleased with Swansons fast shipping.

Opinion Of This Flaxseed
This is the second time I have purchased this from Swanson. I put 2 tablespoons of this flaxseed in my oatmeal every morning. I keep each bag of opened flaxseed in the refrigerator. The rest I keep in the freezer for later use. The quality and freshness of this appears great . I bought enough to last about a year.

Great product
I have used the flagseed before but not this brand name. I must say this flagseed is delicious. I use it in my cereals and I also mix it in plain water and drink it. Its a great product and I am very satisfied.

Organic Ground Flaxseed
I have used this product for years but i have always purchased the product from my local Sprouts store. I found this product to be less expensive from Swansons than from Sprouts even with the shipping and handling! Thanks Swansons for the savings!

Vegetarian source of Omegas
Provides a vegetarian source of the omega oils and lignans. I prefer to have the ground seed than the separated oils. I put a tablespoon on my oatmeal every day. Very reasonably priced, very convenient.

Great product - Great Price
We love this stuff. We put it on everything from yogurt to cereal to ice cream! It brings a nutty flavor and is so healthy.

I love this. I tried this as opposed to the oil I was taking before. This is great mixed in my morning smoothie and it helps regulate you.

Spectrum Essentials Organic Ground Premium Flaxsee
This is my very favorite Flaxseed thus far. It's ground just perfectly to add it atop your oatmeal or cold cereal or to add into any recipe. I put it in my smoothies quite a bit. Chock full of magnesium and all of those oh so healthy omegas that we all need in order to remain healthy! Esp good for the heart! Great organic quality and good price too!

Great value
I have using this flax everyday in my morning oatmeal for quite awhile and am more than satisfied. In stores near my home, same product, same size, etc. is almost double the price. Swanson is the place to shop!
