Good form of K-2 One thing I have noticed about Source Naturals tablets is they seem to have more additives than products that are softgels. Jarrow and Swanson are sgels have fewer extras so I prefer them. I have ordered this product in the past and cannot say I really noticed much if any change. When calcium is put where it belongs I probably cannot tell it is happening. Maybe that is good and means I was not that far off at all. November 24, 2009
