This is the best quality magnesium for the price. It is absorbed very easily without any side effects.

Gentle and Effective
This is the only form of magnesium that I will consider taking separately from other mineral combinations. This product is a super buy and is an excellent form of magnesium too. It is not harsh on my system like some other products and I can feel the difference. It is gentle and effective - good for my heart and helps me to sleep, also.

Source Naturals Magnesium Malate
Source Natural's Magnesium Malate is the best product of its kind. I have used other brands and after awhile , they made me sick. It can also be very expensive. I was delighted recently to see that Swanson's carries it. I have personally used this type of product for a number of years and Source Naturals Magnesium Malate does not make me ill. When used per label directions, I do not experience any untoward side-effects and it does not seem to interfere with any of my other medications or supplements. Does it work? I think my body is very used to having it. But for those times that I could not afford it, I knew rather quickly that this would be a product I would use probably for all my life.
I have to also say that the price at Swanson's is quite reasonable I am very thankful that they now have this supplement in their inventory and both their customer service and speed of delivery are excellent.
