Source Naturals Guarana Energizer features a traditional tonic to promote energy. Guarana is a natural herb imported from Brazil. It has been used for centuries by the Native Americans of the Amazon as an energizer.

Suitable for vegetarians. Contains no yeast, diary, egg or soy. Contains no sugar, salt, preservatives or artificial color, flavor or fragrance.

Suggested Use: 1 tablet up to three times daily. If stomach upset occurs, take with food.

CAUTION: For adult use only. Each tablet contains approximately 200 mg of naturally occurring caffeine, which is 1 to 2 times the amount in one cup of coffee. Caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness or rapid heartbeat. This product has been a God send! This product really works! I use this in the morning combined with taurine and I have an excellent energy supply. I am able to get my tasks accomplished and still have energy. When I take it with a glass of milk, I don't have any shaky feeling and no big afternoon crash. As good as energy drinks I've used this product which I purchased at local organic food store. It seems Source Naturals brand (900 mg caplet) is carried by many online distributors & some organic food stores. But it works as well for me as the energy drinks at a fraction of the cost. Sometimes I break the caplet in half because half-dose seems to work too. It is especially useful when I have not had enough sleep or just need to feel more energized after a long day at school.
