Suggested Use: 1-2 tablets 1 to 2 times daily. Each tablet provides the amount of polyphenols and chlorogenic acid found in an average cup of coffee.
NOTE: If you are pregnant, may become pregnant, or breastfeeding, consult your health care professional before using this product. Each tablet contains 5-25 mg of naturally occurring caffeine, which is equivalent to approximately 1/4 cup of coffee.
