joe thighsmen's prostate
I am so tired of hearing about Joe's prostate, so I did a search to fined out what the active ingredient was that was causing the sucess and found out about the beta sitoral in the product and what it was suppose to do. So we tried it and after being on it awhile my husband a noticed an improvement and are looking forward to much more. things work differently in each one of us so we are giving the product some time. I so glad I can go to Swansons and find out about products and find them reasonallly priced. You are always at the top of my list when doing research on the things I find and you have many times suprised me by already having the product for me to buy, Thanks for your variety and great prices! susan

Not Allowed To Say
If I write anything favorable about this product Swanson will accuse me of making a "medical" claim. This stuff does what I expect it to do, and it does the job for one third the price of the stuff advertized on TV.

Life changing
Wth this and other supplements plus changing my diet to eliminate problem foods I feel better than ever before. MINOR COMPLAINT: You formerly sold a similar product with similar dosages from NOW brand and it was capsules instead of tablets - I like that better.

Too Big
This item dose not have a size listed, but I put it at a OOO+. The calcium is not needed in this Product, it only adds size to the "horse tablet" and is a form that is not absorbed easy by the body.

A Replacement
I started taking Beta Sitosterol Mega as a replacement for another prostate supplement and I am glad that I did!
It works better for me.
I take it in combination with Quercetin and I like the results I personally get with those two supplements.

Prostate Health

Hard pill to swallow
This is a hard pill to swallow, literally!
I've had no problem with it's effectiveness, it works for me but I won't buy tablets this size again. If it was in softgel or capsule form in this size it would be no problem because I take fish oil gels that are just as big as these horse pills but I've never had problems swallowing those. With these tablets, I had to break them in half but they were still too big so I then cut them in 3 and then in 4 pieces. I also had to drink a thicker fluid like milk or soy milk to swallow them easier, water is too thin of a liquid to do that. That's the only problem I've had with these tablets, otherwise they work for what they are intended to do.
