Beneficial Tastes like I'm drinking a fish but that was expected. I give it to my children and myself as I believe it is very beneficial to our health. It's not too bad if you follow it with a swig of juice. :) January 11, 2013
Great supplement! I am very happy with this oil. It has no additives, is in a dark glass container and actually tastes and smells like cod. I found it to be a super help in enhancing memory and overall mental performance. However, my family did not like the smell, so I have to order something in a capsule form in addition to this one. One little trick: you can put a spoonful of it on cooked fish (salmon), this way it is unnoticeable for those who don't like its smell. Please, note that headache is a sign of that you are probably over-dosing. Overall, it's great quality oil. Thank you! October 3, 2012
