Directions: Use only as directed. Take one capsule before bedtime with a glass of water. Dosage can be increased to four capsules as necessary. Store in a cool, dry place.

Solaray Sleep Blend SP-17 Very good, helps me sleep, knocks me out for only about 4.5 hours. So if I take it at 10pm I will only sleep until 2:30 or 3:00 and then I will be awake again for a while and return to sleep until my alarm goes off at 5:30...It does clearly give me 4 to 5 hours of sleep nightly... I would recommend it to anyone who can not or has trouble falling asleep. January 26, 2013

Sleep Other than this stuff stinking,i use it to get a long nights sleep on weekends,it works by sending me into a deeper sleep. October 5, 2012
