Solaray Gymnema delivers 385 mg per capsule. Gymnema is a woody, climbing plant common in central and southern India. Its Hindi name, "gurmar" means "destroyer of sugar". The leaves of gymnema feature triterpene saponins, called gymnemic acids. These vegetarian capsules features 75% gymnemic acids. Solaray Gymnema leaf extract delivers nutritive support for blood glucose levels already within a normal range.
