Cascara Sagrada from Solaray® is derived from the bark of a tree native to the Pacific coastline. Also known as California Buckthorn, cascara sagrada is a natural nutrient that helps promote healthy intestines and their natural function in elimination of waste. Its compounds work gently to promote regular bowel movements.

Other Ingredients: Gelatin capsule and magnesium stearate.

Directions: As a dietary supplement, take one capsule up to two times daily with a meal or glass of water. Children between the ages of 6 and 12 should not take more than one capsule a day. Store in a cool, dry place.

WARNING: Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing. Keep out of reach of children. Keep your licensed healthcare practitioner informed when using this product. This product contains Cascara Sagrata. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, abdominal pain, or intestinal obstruction. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea, are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Do not take for more than seven consecutive days. Not recommended for children under 6 years of age.
