God, I Love This Product!
Wonderful alternative to disposable pads and tampons.
-Very comfortable (if inserted correctly; it may take you a few tries to get it right. But once you're there, trust me, you really can't feel it at all!)
-Can be worn up to 12 hours. Though I usually change it every eight or so during use, just to be on the safe side.
-Can be worn while swimming, jogging, and pretty much every other physical activity you can think of.
-Never had any leaks yet.
-No risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome! YAYY!!
-No chemicals or dioxins or anything else nasty!
-Haven't had any infections or irritation so far.
-Great for travel.
-Also great for exercise/sports.
-I swear, these cups hold well over an ounce. So they definitely stand up to heavy flows. (I don't have an especially heavy flow myself. Just saying.)
-May not be for women who have problems with insertion. Personally this is not an issue for me but it's something to be aware of.
-You're still throwing away something every time you use this product. So I save it for long trips, heavier flow days when I don't feel like dealing with pads, and use washable cloth pads most of the time.
Love, love, LOVE these! I highly recommend them!

I love these, but...
I get how these are great, and I really want to keep using them, but I'm sooo depressed at how it feels like I can never put them in right. I used the box instructions & the videos, but I might as well not have anything on with the way I leak so much. This is my 3rd cycle trying to get it right, but I'm almost about to give up & just go back to tampons :-(

Recently my periods have started lasting 10-12 days with a flow that can vary from a trickle to a monsoon within hours. Needless to say this was a constant battle for me with tampons, changing them so often or thinking I was in for a heavy only to rip out a dry tampon after a couple hours because my flow had lightened so much. It was causing so much irritation! I'd heard about menstrual cups years ago but didn't know much about them and so I just assumed they were disgusting and wrote them off. I was so wrong! They're no more disgusting than removing tampons in my opinion as long as you are okay with washing your hands before and after, which you're also supposed to do with ANY menstrual product. I also recommend a nail brush to ensure all the nooks and crannies are clean in your nail bed and cuticles. I'm no using these for my third cycle, which is like 6 for most women, and can surely testify my life has changing. All the hassle of changing tampons or pads is gone. I just insert a fresh Softcup in the morning, go on about my day as usual, and then remove and insert a fresh one before bed. No leaks, no fears, no restrictions. COMPLETE FREEDOM! And my PMS isn't even as bad because I'm no longer ill and frustrated with the inconveniences of my period. Haven't tried sex while using Softcup though but I suppose I would give it a shot in the future. I so very highly recommend these! I've given all my friends a testimonial and tutorial trying to get them to switch over!

Did not live up to expectations
I was thrilled when I discovered this product existed. The main reason I wanted to use it was to be able to have sex with my boyfriend as if I wasn't on my period. I thought it was also great that I would be able to use it for up to twelve hours and not have to change it. However, I soon discovered that neither of these totally worked out. First, I couldn't really use the product on my heaviest day for either one. It was just too messy. As far as sex goes, if the product moved at all during sex, it didn't keep the blood contained. Also, it leaked after only about four hours! The biggest reason I wanted to use it, was to be able to have sex as if I wasn't on my period, and my boyfriend could feel it inside me and said it was hurting him at certain angles so we couldn't use it. Ultimately, it didn't work out for me. I could use it on my lightest days instead of tampons, but it wouldn't be worth the cost. Overall, it's a good idea in theory but I was disappointed with the actual results.

I had been considering the diva cup for awhile but didn't buy it because I was skeptical and unsure of how it would work for me. One day while visiting with a friend, we got into a conversation about softcups and she said she had some and asked if I wanted to try them. She gave me her box and I'm so glad i took her up on that offer! I tend to have a heavy flow and working in a busy childcare center, I didn't always have the option to change my tampon every couple of hours. That frequently meant stained underwear especially if I forgot to wear a pad or panty liner. These have been my saving grace. The first month took a little getting use to but now on month 3, I'll never go back. Even on my heaviest days I can get through a work day without fear that I'll be breaking out the stain treatment when I get home. And they're so much cheaper than tampons all around! I've convinced my sister to try them on her next period and hope she'll love them as much as I do! I wish the pharmacy that has them near where I live also sold the reusable ones because I can't wait to try those! I'm one happy camper!

Bought and tried and whit insertion is easy and I can't feel it, I might as well go without anything during sex because this product was useless for me in that area. Plus it's messy to take out and not ideal for me at work. Diva cup is far superior. Been using it three years and I love it!!! Best friend bought it for me and it's amazing. Sorry instead, but ONE SIZE DOES NOT FIT ALL! I'm fairly small and shallow internally, and this product doesn't work for me.

Best Product Ever
Used this product for years and love it! Feels like I don't even have a period! Only problem I have is that they are getting harder and harder to find in stores:(

Best thing ever!!!
I'm 19 and I have always had heavy periods. I used pads till I was 15 then I started using tampons. I liked tampons better but either way I always got dry and irritated. I heard about soft cups about a year ago. The idea scared me at first but I was miserable so I gave it a try. Soft cups have changed my life. I used to dread having my period. Im still not excited about it but now I wouldn't even know I had my period if I wasn't so grumpy and emotional. I will never up back to common pads and tampons. Thank you soft cups for making my period much more pleasant.

I bought it for help TTC, but since I had a period this month, I decided to use the softcup for its intended purpose. I AM SO GLAD I DID. No odor, no mess, "strings", no pads! Wish I had tried this sooner.

I bought this awesome products several months ago and I don't regret it! With Softcup, I don't ever have to use pads and/or tampons again!

Period? What period?
Can't believe I waited so long to try these! I bought them a couple months ago after reading so many great reviews, but couldn't bring myself to use them. I finally bit the bullet and started using them and they are fantastic!! First try was a success, no discomfort, and peace of mind for all day wear/no leaks. Can't wait to see how they hold up on heavy days so I can love them even more!

Not to be dramatic but Softcups are life changing.
I heard about period cups 3 years ago but I was unable to find them in my area until 2 months ago. Pads are an annoyance and I can not stand tampons so I was skeptical but intrigued just enough to give Softcups a try. They are amazing. Everything they say is true!* There was no odor. I didn't experience any discomfort. I couldn't feel anything once it was placed. Does NOT inhibit physical activity. I didn't experience even a drop of leakage. I have recommended this product to every woman within earshot; my friends, family members, coworkers, even some customers whom didn't seem to mind my over-sharing.
*I haven't tried to wear during sex but i'm sure it's just as true as the rest of their claims.

I got it through a friend and cant believe how comfortable it is , never buying pads or tampons again . I LOVE IT!

Easy to use
I am so glad I found this product! I have had many issues with other feminine products in the past, and I have never found anything that really worked for me until softcup! I was looking into menstrual cups but was concerned about re-use, when I heard about these. I haven't looked back. They are super easy to insert and take out, highly flexible, and you don't feel anything once it's in! I have gone swimming, sailing, running, and skiing with these and have had no leakage or problems at all! Also, I am an environmentalist and I am so excited to find something that not only cuts costs, but waste as well! Finally, something new that works for all women!

Last summer, I discovered Softcup. I have always had terrible periods: a minimum of 5 days, always with a very heavy flow. To boot, I was also very irregular, sometimes bleeding more than not in a given month. As strange as it sounds, my sole disappointment when my doctor decided last fall that we would suppress my periods until my tubal ligation was that I had only just found Softcup. I gave away my remaining cups to various female friends (3 of whom are now hooked). This week was my first period in nearly a year and I was SO THANKFUL to have Softcup instead of tampons or pads waiting on me. A few reasons I will never go back: as a substitute teacher with a heavy flow, I've gone from rushing to the bathroom to change a tampon between every class to simply once a day. I can now finally take long trips any day of the month without having to ask for frequent rest stops or worrying about leaks. With a partner who is very weary of blood, we can finally have sex any day! He CAN feel it, but says it is not uncomfortable. We have never had a leak. Softcup has made my life so much more convenient. I cannot wait to buy a purse pack. Thank you, Softcup. You have changed my life.

I'll never go back to tampons
I am used to terrible cramps and occasional leaking from every product, even when I used a combo of tampons and pads. It did take about one period to get the insertion of SoftCups 'right', but once I did, I've not had any issues using the product. I normally use one cup per period, washing it when I empty it and I have had zero problems. I don't experience cramping at all now. No leakage as long as it's properly inserted. I even forgot that I was on my period several times while using it. Once it's inserted properly it "disappears" on my radar and I don't feel it(somewhat like the old diaphragms women used for birth control).
I will never ever go back to using tampons. I did use some at first when I didn't have a SoftCup with me, or when I was having issues inserting it, but I always got cramps and it was uncomfortable compared to the SoftCup. Absolutely try them for at least 2 periods!

Ease and comfort
Started using 2 months ago. Problems with leakage but only because it wasn't inserted far enough. Sitting here wearing it now on day 2 of period. No leaks and no discomfort. I rinse it in toilet before disposing because certainly I will be washing my hands afterwards.

I just started using Softcup, and I don't know how I survived this long without it! I am super active, and spend most of my days adventuring (hiking, swimming, rockclimbing, yoga, kayaking, etc) so this product is perfect for my lifestyle. But the best part is the confidence this gives me in the bedroom! No awkward conversations or embarrassing messes, I rocked his world last night - I forgot the Softcup was even in there, and I don't think he even noticed! Ladies, ditch the tampons, ditch the pads! I will be telling all my girls about this revolutionary period experience!

I really thought this product was going to be my lifesaver for my sex life since my birth control likes to mess with my body by spotting/light period whenever it wants…. & I WAS RIGHT!!! I don't feel it, it makes work 10x easier by not having to go to the bathroom 24/7, & sex is still enjoyable. This product is a true life saver and I recommend this to any women who hates the mess and would rather just deal with it once or twice a day!!! The only part I would say I do not enjoy is one size only, fortunately it fits my cervix, but for women with small and/or tilted cervix it might not fit.

Great alternative to tampons!
Had my first baby back in October and because of breastfeeding, my period finally returned with a vengeance 10 months post partum! Because I had a baby, my periods are still trying to regulate, meaning extra heavy flow and a lot of clots. Tampons just don't cut it and can't soak up things like that! I'm only in my 2nd soft cup and I'm loving them! Very comfortable and can't feel it and it's giving me the tampon-leak relief I needed! The only con is the mess taking it out, so you just have to be careful! I would recommend to a friend and any post-baby mamas!

These are way to big. I barely got it all in but rolled over in my sleep and it moved and everything poured out. And I can definitely feel it...painful. What a waste of good money.

It's like I'm not even on my flow!
I tried soft cup for the first time a month ago and I will probably never buy tampons or pads again. I had a c-section about a year ago and as soon I stopped brreatfedding I started getting my period every 2 weeks. I've always hated the way tampons feel and smell plus they need to be changed all the time. The soft cup is much more comfertable. So much, in fact, that I can't feel it at all.
I am actually on the NuvaRing, for birth control, which has a very similar size and shape as the soft cup. Because I am so used to the ring I have no problem with insertion or removal. Since it can be worn for 12 hours I make sure I always change it at home just invade it gets messy (and it hasn't yet).
I enjoy sleeping in the buff and the soft cup allows me to sleep without having to wear underwear. In fact, recently I scheduled a waxing appointment for my neither regions and I am happy to say my estition did not have to deal with any period oder, blood, or an embarrassing tampon string. I'm sure she had no idea I was even on my flow.
I have yet to try having sex while using the soft cup but I cannot see it being much different than having sex while using my nuva ring. I will have to try it soon and see how it goes. It is a bit larger though and I have a feeling my husband might feel it and no enjoy it as much.
Overall, I love this product and have recommended it to all of my family and friends.
