Ingredients: Organic Fair Trade Certified™ cane sugar, organic brown rice flour, Organic Fair Trade Certified™ Dutch Cocoa, organic potato starch, natural flavor (Maltodextrin, cocoa butter), xanthan gum, sea salt, baking soda.
You will need: ½ stick (1.4 cup) unsalted butter, melted; 2 eggs
Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 8”x8” pan.
2. Empty contents of package into large mixing bowl.
3. Blend in butter and eggs. Stir until mixture is evenly moist.
4. Spread mixture evenly in pan.
5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until center tests done with a toothpick or knife.
For a thinner brownie, you can also make in an 11" X 17" pan.
For sweet-tooth satisfaction, top cooled brownies with chocolate frosting, or dust with powdered sugar.
