Overall Improvement I have noticed an overall imrpovement and strength in my hair. The longer you use them the better the result. It takes a month or two before they really get into your system. My hair really needed a boost and I think that is why I noticed a difference so soon. March 5, 2013
It is working I have been using Shen Min for 3 months and I am definitely seeing a change in my hair color. I was starting to get grey hairs around my hairline and some here and there throughout the rest of my head. My hair stylist has even noticed. She said she noticed a change in the thickness or hair shaft also. My original hair color was/is dark brunette with highlights of auburn. My stylist says it is becoming more ashen in color. Will I like this color better? If I have less grey, maybe? I'm going to continue with this product to see what happens. January 31, 2010

Great product! I have had thin, fine hair all of my life in spite of using natural vitamins and supplements. After several months of using ShenMin, my hair began to get thicker and more shiny.
