Well tolerated
I have taken B products in the past that been upsetting to my stomach. This product does not do that to me.

Perfect for our needs
We really enjoy our B Complex 50 SOFTGELS! Due to our being defficient of the B Vitimans in our systems, a liquid version of the B Complex was thought best, but I just can't get past the taste and he has side effects. The Softgels are PERFECT because we get the liquid where it belongs but neither of us has to put up with the above. We take one daily for the last couple years.
I did find this same bottle at a couple of local stores, but it's double the price. So I order as needed from Swanson.

Great Product
Great alternative to normal capsules (a lot easier to swallow) Good quality just wish it was more eco friendly.

Not 100 caps
We were shorted by 5 or more gel caps. Not a full 100 count.

Yea for softgels
This is the only multi B's I have found in softgels and I know that I am getting the vitamins. I try to take all softgels...easy to swallow...

Best B for me!
I've used Schiff's B 50 for years. I digest gelcaps better than buffered tablets. I can tell when it starts to work. If I'm running out of energy and have lots more work to do, one or two of these capsules does the trick. Would not be without them.

Best B's
I have been using and recommending these B vitamins for several years. Ok, the size may not work for some people; however, only one person out of dozens I have shared these with has even mentioned it. Friends and family concur: these B's are amazingly effective. I don't how you could get results like this for this kind of price. I notice a difference in under 30 minutes. As for "emotional support" - absolutely! My husband told me he would drive out into the night to get these if I ran out of them. :-) As for the smell, If that bothers you, just take them with juice or food. It's totally worth the results; and aren't results what we take supplements for?? I *never* want to be without them.

i bought this because i read on this site under "emotional health" i might be lacking in B vitamins.
i'm sorry, i just couldn't get past the smell of these, so i couldn't take them. i thought it might have just been the SW-brand ones i tried before (SW057), so i tried this one, but it smells, too. i'm going to have to try a liquid b-vitamin because all the pills smell. i'm sure schiff is a reputable brand but these aren't for me at all!
the pills were also very large (according to the size guide they correspond with the swanson size H), but i did not see if could swallow them because of the smell.

Too big, very strong vitamin smell
These are too big and hard for me to swallow comfortably. They have a strong vitamin taste that repeats on me. I will search for a smaller, less odorous brand.
