A Replacement
This product is not as enjoyable to use as is the original product. The ingredients seem to be less costly substitutions. I have just started using this formula, so I will need to wait to see if the results are similar. I will go back to Nature's Way Sambucus which is great.

Can't Get it Down
I purchased this because I couldn't remember which Black Elderberry product I had used in the past. I also figured that they would all be similar. I was wrong. This has a thick syrupy consistency which I don't like. It also tastes like prune juice. I hate to throw anything away, but I can't get this down.

Great Product
The Sambucol has done all I expected it to and more. The price was great also

this works as an immune-booster
I recommend this; I've used it with my family, even my grandkids aged 8 and 4.
I am beginning to think it is better than the Nature's Way Sambuca which I've also had good success with. I think this brand, which is the original from the Israeli virologist research, has been effective for me two winters.
