No more mid afternoomn hunger
I have taken this product for 2 weeks and the first thing I noticed was that those nagging mid afternoon cravings were gone. I just don't feel the urge to eat extra food which has made all the difference on the scale. I already lost a few pounds without changing anything except that I take Re- Body Saf Slim every day.

Helps to loose weight

Gave me more energy & less appetite, but couldn't sleep after taking one capsule in the morning instead of the 2 suggested. Went on & off a couple of times with the same result

So Nice to You
When I ordered this I really wasn't expecting very much.. so many products with claims..but after much research thought I would give it a try since snacking is a bigger downfall for me. It was like after almost a week that I started noticing that I was turning down things I would never have done that it caught my attention that I was. WOW I was impressed. Haven't weighed myself yet cause I am not looking for dramatic things in a short time. BUT, I am here ordering for the next months after only ordering for one to start. That tells me I am seeing enough results to continue the journey for a longer haul ...Thank you!

Works
This product works for me. I can definitely tell on days I forget to take them that I'm hungrier. The bottle says to take for min 8 weeks but I could tell the first day that I wasn't as hungry as usual. Also helps with craving sweets and night-time cravings. I like that you take one in the morning and one in the evening so I don't have to take one to work with me or forget to take a pill before lunch like usually happens. I'm so glad I found these.

Dissappointed
Did not do anything for me. I followed the recommendation listed on the box. My appetite increased vs decreased.

Still skeptical
I've been using the product for almost 30 days and I don't see any real difference. It says for best results - use for 8 weeks. So I will try for another 30 days!

Good Product
I've been using this product for about 3 months and it has greatly helped in controling my cravings and urges to snack allowing me to stick to a senseable diet and lose a significant amount of weight. I have recommened this product to many family members and friends and will continue to use it myself.
