Regarding the negative review; just because you don't care for it doesn't mean others will not; so you shouldn't tell others not to buy it. I read reviews from 3 different vitamin company websites and the majority like it. I happen to love it and my daughter-in-law and grandkids all loved it when they tasted it.
I only take 3 teaspoons a day as I am small; 5'3 105 pounds. I am taking it to lose a little bit of belly fat I have, since passing 50 it isn't as easy to keep off & I've been slacking on my exercise program.
I am not sure if I am sold on the health benefits, so I like to alternate my oil intake between fish, flax, borage (total efa) and others. the one thing I do like about it is that it has curbed my craving for sweets; I take it when I feel like grazing & have found it to be successful at controlling my hunger between meals. I've been taking it off & on for 2 weeks and I honestly don't crave sweets hardly at all now.
As for the 2T per day, I had heard you should take 1T of oil for every 100 # of wt. So 3 teaspoons works great for me since there are 3 teaspoons in 1 T. If you are taking 2 T. a day, you might want to break it up into 6 teaspoons and only take it when you are having cravings between meals. None of us are the same size so why should we take the same amount. One day I will use a teaspoon of total EFA on my salad & yam, so then I only take 1 tsp of this stuff. If I take a fish oil pill or eat salmon, I do the same, just so I do overload on oils as too much of anything isn't good. And by doing this, my bottle will last me a lot longer and I still get the same benefits; just more variety.

waiting for results
I am on my 3rd bottle and each bottle lasts about 10 days. Taste delicious but not sure I have seen any results yet. A bit pricey but I have yet to find it cheaper same price anywhere else.

I tried this in a vitamin store in the mall. The Tangerine is more flavorful than the Berry, I think.
Expensive though.

Good results so far!!
I have been using Saf Slim for 4 weeks now and have noticed my belly slimming a bit., still have 12 weeks to go. I have the tangerine flavor & it's not bad however for a few minutes after taking it im a little nauseous but it doesn't last long. Doesn't really curb appetite that ive noticed yet. Cost is not too bad but a bottle seems to go fast. I will continue taking this hoping to see excellent results. I continue to exercise and eat a 1400 calorie diet per day.
