Suggested Use: Two capsules, at least one hour before breakfast, and two at bedtime, at least two hours after eating, until desired results are achieved. Always take on an empty stomach with 8 oz of water. For maintenance, one capsule at bedtime. Children: 1/2 capsule, twice daily for each 40lbs of body weight.

I am not sure about the effectiveness of this product. I don't seem to notice any type of response yet. We are all unique, and what works for one may not work for another. I guess you will have to judge for yourself if you decide to make a purchase. April 21, 2012
