Purchased w/o reading all of label This product is probably very good. I didn't read all of the ingredients before purchasing though. My fault. This product contains SLS which I avoid in toothpaste because of canker sores. Didn't think it would be in a supplement. Thank goodness for Swansons return policy! best calcium supplement available calcium phosphate is how your body is naturally accustomed to absorbing calcium, this is the form that is in milk. when i have compared it back to back with calcium carbonate, posture d calcium phosphate has no perceived negative effects on subjective well being, while calcium carbonate made me feel slightly off. i have problems digesting lactose, getting half of my calcium intake from this supplement makes life so much easier for me. If they ever stop making it, i will start making it myself because i know its the best calcium supplement. i only wish they would take out the polyethylene glycol, otherwise its perfect. Best Calcium Supplement This is the best calcium supplement I have found. It has magnesium and phosphorous, which are also necessary for bone health, and the calcium is in the form easiest for absorption. December 30, 2011
