Very effective DGL is the single most effective supplement I take (I wish I was allowed to tell you the details). This brand is as effective as "Enzymatic", and tastes slightly better. I use two tablets, 20 minutes before every meal. The timing and the need to have it every meal make it inconvenient, but it's still better than the alternative that I'm not allowed to talk about.
