DIRECTIONS:

FOR BEST RESULTS - Pour 8 oz of freshly boiled water over infusion bag in a cup, cover & steep for 10 minutes; remove infusion bag.

Drink slowly. Drink 1 cup daily. When on a cleanse or fast, 2 cups per day are recommended.

Caution: This product contains Turmeric, which may stain clothes if spilled.

Too bitter! This box is going to last me a long time because it tastes so bad, even with extra sweetener and water. I have liked most of the Organic India teas, but this one is not relaxing or enjoyable. I can taste the ginger in it, but there is something so bitter that makes it hard to finish a cup...disappointing. March 5, 2013
