I have been taking this supplement for nearly a year and I am very pleased with it. My overall response to it has been very favorable and it is doing just what I'd hoped. My doctor is equally pleased with our results. I will continue to take it and would recommend it to others.

LOVE this product
Iodoral is the best iodine supplement! Iodine is so important to our well being and this pill form is the most convenient. I also use Lugol's drops in morning beverages but if I'm not able to use the drops, Iodoral is the only other product I use. Swanson's price is one of the lowest I've found!

Life Changing Supplement
My search for a supplement that would improve cognition and memory lead me to iodine.
After studying dozens of websites, my wife and I tried kelp supplements for their iodine content.
The iodine in kelp seems to be very high quality, and it improved cognition greatly.
The next step we took in our exploration of the iodine experience was Iodoral.
At first, I was wary of taking such a high dose compared to the amount of iodine found in kelp.
My fear was unwarranted. Iodoral seems to provide the perfect dose.
Along with our adult children, we have taken Iodoral for a few months.
It's amazing, truly a life changing supplement.

Excellent for thyroid & everything else
My daughter can't stomach the iodine drops so we use this instead. Iodine is needed by every cell in the body not just the thyroid. Read Dr. Brownstein's books on Iodine and Thyroid.

Quality product
I have looked for an iodine supplement that is easy to use and doesn't upset the stomach. Iodoral has turned out to be the best one for me to use. It's a tablet with a score down the middle, so it's easy to break in half, just with the fingers, for those who want to start slowly or need smaller doses. There's no messy stains on fingers or anywhere else. Easy to take with meals. Quality product and good price

Great Product
My health care provider suggested taking this to increase iodine levels and though I haven't felt any obvious differences my energy seems to last through the day now instead of having a late afternoon slump.

great option
I have been trying this product for a few months...and I feel more energy, less fatigued, so I have to say it is working. I even lost body mass. Thanks for offering this product Swanson...I will buy again.

Note that 1/2 tablet is the normal dose size.

convenient product
Optimox Iodoral is dried 4% Lugol's solution. The pills are more expensive but make taking the required dose of 12.5 much easier. It is more convenient to take the pills with you on a trip. They also won't stain as lugol's does when you spill some.

Iodoral changed my life
Can't say enough about this product. I wished I would have started taking it years ago. I can definately feel a huge difference in my overall health and vitality.
Read the many articles & blogs on the Internet about iodine deficiency. Your body does not make iodine so if you know you are not getting it in your diet you're likely deficient. Don't count on the drs to tell you, take your health into your own hands.

Glad to have this available
This is one of my foundation supplements, the right mix of two forms of iodine, in the amount averaged by a Japanese, in a very convenient form. Lugol's solution would do it but has a taste.

Terrific Product
Noticeable results within the first 2-3 weeks, following the gradual plan on the package insert. This product costs considerably more elsewhere. My doctor, a naturopath, recommended it. I will never be without Iodoral.
