Other Ingredients: Senna, licorice root, orange peel, uva ursi, lemon peel, alfalfa.
Suggested Use: Place one tea bag in a cup and pour boiling water over it. Let steep for two to four minutes, squeezing tea bag dry before removing from cup. (Do not steep too long). Drink hot or cold, but always after a meal, preferably the evening meal. If tea is too strong, dilute with water to taste.
