Good value, good product I think the value of this product is very good. All the B vitamins in one tablet sounds very convenient to me. I have not taken this product for a long time, so I can't say much about it's effectiveness, but I do feel a change in my energy boost. The table is a bit too big and hard to swallow, but I guess if you put all the benefits of the various types of vitamin B in one tablet, you will end up with a large tablet. I was looking for a product that will incorporate the various types of vitamin B and I found it here. Thank you very much. October 14, 2011
