Good...........but......
I often read reviews and when there's a bad one figure that there's always someone with a bad experience, but for the most part the ratings were good. In this case, I think it was pretty accurate. The krill oil seems to be great, but it's really inconvenient to have to wipe off the oil from the broken pills before you take the good ones. I guess you don't have to, but if you touch them your hands turn red/orange and stink like fish. If you can get past that you may or may not be able to get past the ultra fishy taste. So after tapping a few out onto a paper towel and wiping them down, they're great!!! Hence the low quality score isn't a reflection of the quality of the fish oil, but the packaging process. The pills seem to be pretty solid.....I don't understand how they can end up with 2 or 3 cracked ones?!?!

Mostly Satisfied
I tried this product a couple years ago and stopped because of the price and no noticeable benefit. Recently my nutritionist suggested to take krill oil and had this brand. His was less than I paid before but still to high to use long term. I was glad to see Swanson had a much better price. I will try this again at least for awhile. I will skip some week-ends and some weeks just take one to help stretch them out. I do like that I do not burp them up and my system does seem to do well on them.

Do not buy
These came and most were broken and all the other pills were soggy from the broken ones. They stain too, be careful. I had to throw the bottle away. I will not purchase these again.

High antioxidant content
This is my choice for Krill Oil because of the high antioxidant content, and the purity of it.

not pleased
I am not complaining about the quality but when we opened the bottle a couple of pills seemed broken and it leaked into the others, so that every pill was oily and when you touched them, your hand came out red (from the Krill). The top metal cover also seemed slightly dented, so I am not sure what happened and given its price, I am not pleased at all with it.

Good but Fragile
I've only been taking the OL Krill Oil for a couple of months now. I like the pill size, but I've been findind broken capsules in a few of the bottles.

Love it
I have taken Krill Oil for 2 years. I recently bought this brand on line, by accident. I have continued to buy this brand because there is no smell whatsoever to them, the pills don't smell, neither does my urine. I would definitely recommend this product!!

Fully satisfied with this product
After reading articles about krill oil, I discussed using the product with my doctor. We decided I should change from taking fish oil to krill oil. I selected this brand after reading about Olympian Labs and their manufacturing processes which sounded very good. It's not the least expensive of those I considered, but it has been effective in helping me maintain my goals for good heart and cholesterol health.

1/2 the price of local store
Olympian Labs Krill Oil is about 1/2 the price as our local store price, so it is a good value. My husband and I both take them. They do not smell fishy or make us burp a foul taste like regular fish oil does. We've only one time had any problem with a bottle, and it was because a capsule inside had burst for some reason. Overall, we are very satisfied with this product.

Olympian Krill Oil
Olympian Krill oil is great. The Krill Oil doesn't cause any indigestion or burping. The pill is considerably smaller in size and that makes it easier to take. It is a fabulous product compard to the other fish oils that I have tried. I highly recommend this product.

Beware of stated quantity
First of all, this product appears to be of high quality. Like most supplements, you must trust the source, and Swanson vitamins, in my opinion, is very trustworthy.
Now for a consumer warning: the top-most stated quantity is not correct. Here is what you see on the website near the top of this product's page:
Item # OL026
1,000 mg 60 Sgels
This led me to believe that this product container has 60, 1000mg Sgels. I based my purchase on this information.
However, when I received my shipment, I noticed that the quantity was stated as 1000mg per serving (2 Sgels). To be fair, this information is also on the Swanson webpage for this product beneath the above information, and if I had taken the time to read every word on that page, I would have at least called to have Swanson clarify.
Bottom line: caveat emptor! Do not, like I did, accept the top-stated quantity as fact.
Swanson: please correct the quantity as 500mg 60 Sgels to reflect the true numbers. Thanks.

Quality Krill
Very clean and astaxanthin levels are great..
However each cap is only 500mg
bit pricey for 60 sgels...
The "Now Neptune Krill 1000" is better value
imho

costs a little more, but no problems
I like this product and have recommended it to my sister who was having taste problems with regular fish oil. I have never had any problems with the Krill product and like the smaller pill size. Yes the cost is a bit higher but I feel that it is worth it.

Best Fish Oil - Whales Love It
No fishy taste - and that's one good reason to take it. But think about this- krill are lower on the food chain and are little fish that are young and haven't had time to acquire mercury. Also they are from the pure clean antarctic waters. Yes, krill oil is more expensive than smelly fish oil, but need I say more?
