I've used Natural Vitamin E forever. I knew the Shute Brothers who wrote the book, "Vitamin E, Key To A Healthy Heart" back in, I guess it was the 1950s. When they came down from Canada, they would stop by to see me, and we'd always have lunch together. Great guys.
Back then, I was unfamiliar with "Tocotrienols." However, I love to do research and learn every day. Over time, I found out about how awesome Tocotrienols are. They are in the Vitamin E Family, but biochemically somewhat different.
I searched through Swanson's website, and of all the Tocotrienol Products listed, I believe this one from NutriCology Allergy Research is the best product and the best value. The 125 mg. potency is tops, and the price for the 30 capsule bottle of these Delta-Fraction Tocotrienols is the best buy. So, obviously, this was my choice.
I have always felt that I got a lot of personal value from taking Natural Vitamin E (These days, I buy Swanson's Vitamin E 1,000 I.U. Mixed Tocopherols product.), and I feel that having added one of these 125 mg. Delta-Fraction Tocotrienols capsules daily adds to that value. It's easy to give this excellent product a hearty recommendation. Works for me.

Latest studies have shown tocotrienols have emerged to shoulder standard vitamin-E supplements out of the way in many regards. In fact, at least one study has shown that tocopherols actually offset the benefit of tocotrienols which are the more therapeutic constituent found in E.
The potential range of benefits for tocotrienols are wide, and I'd encourage people to read about them. Currently, they share rare company at the head of leading edge antioxidant research.
Some studies have shown further parsing of tocotrienols, narrowing them down to the more bio-available delta-fraction form produces the most valued content.
Analysis of this particular brand at a site that does quality and purity testing shows that they generally give you what they say they do, so quality is likely high here.
Tocotrienols are less available from the source, which makes them a more rare ingredient, thus the higher price tag. While I'd like to see these come down in cost, they are enjoying a trend which appears industry-wide.
I would encourage using a common bioavailibility answer like piperine (black pepper extract) with these to get the most for your money.

I believe that this is improving my health. I wish it was a little less expensive and the bottle held more capsules.
