to put it straight. this product didn't do anything it said it would. not worth the money.

Helped me lose weight
I was "stuck" at a certain weight and was having a hard time losing weight, even though I was dieting and exercising. After taking green coffee bean extract, I was able to lose 15 pounds within a few months. This particular brand was the best I found because it has more milligrams for a much lower price. It still does an awesome job and I will continue to order it over the other brands.

They do work!
I only got one bottle because i wanted to make sure they did exactly what they said they would do.
and make sure that they didnt cause me stomache problems(i have a very sensitive stomache.) they did the job, just as the description said, and i had no side effects at all from using them. I've only been on them a couple weeks but they are curbing my appetite, so the rest will come tooo!

Not for me
I have been taken these for about a month. I haven't lost any weight. It may work for others, just didn't work for me.

I was not taking this product to loose weight. I just wanted the energy boost, and it delivered! I take it in the morning and mid-afternoon and I noticed a marked increase in energy and awareness from the first dose. The metabolism increase has caused me to slowly loose weight, and body fat, but this was not why I began using the product. I saw the video from Dr. OZ and wanted to gain energy and concentration enhancement. It does what it is supposed to do.

I have been taking the green coffee bean extract for approximately 3 weeks and I have noticed my appetite hasn't been as frequent as before.Absolutely no side effects at all,I haven't got on the scale(don't have one) to see if I have lost weight , but I have noticed my pants are baggier.
I have total confidence in this product....also better results,I feel, if you eat something before or at the least have food in your stomach.
