Organic White Chia Seed 4.9 5 5 7
Very good white chia I prefer white chia and have been using this brand for a long time. As usual Swanson has a good price for it. Since chia is an insoluble fiber it's up to you whether or not you want to use it. December 28, 2013
Chia seed and organic Chai seed is a must have for me and there are so many brand out there, this one is organic and of great value just like many other. November 1, 2013
Wonderful quality, hi energy levels generated. September 28, 2013
SECOND BEST These are good Chia Seeds, and I do like the flavor of white chia seeds the best; however, I prefer the Swanson brand of white chia seeds. May 25, 2013
Good Quality This was my first experience with chia seeds and it has gone well. I eat them just as they are, add them to shakes, and grind them up for my homemade protein waffles. They have virtually no tatse and they turn into a little ball of jell in your mouth. With all the fiber, protein and omega 3's they make a perfect snack or addition to any meal. March 22, 2013
