Good Quality This was my first experience with chia seeds and it has gone well. I eat them just as they are, add them to shakes, and grind them up for my homemade protein waffles. They have virtually no tatse and they turn into a little ball of jell in your mouth. With all the fiber, protein and omega 3's they make a perfect snack or addition to any meal. March 22, 2013
