More Fiber Stevia Baking Blend
I've experimented using this baking blend in cakes, brownies and cookies. It seems to make them more moist and delicious - they disappear quickly in my home so I have to keep reordering! Swanson's has a good price, but I wish it didn't cost as much.

This is a great product. One tablespoon, along with a large lemon will make a delicious summer drink of lemonade! This product is wonderful and doesn't affect sugar. Great!

No SUGAR in this quality product!!
To those who think there is sugar, Maltodextrin it's not another name for sugar, this common additive is an easily digestible carbohydrate made from rice, corn, or potato starch (celiacs beware — it can also be derived from barley or wheat). It's made by cooking down the starch, and then acid and/or enzymes break the starch down even further.
I add it to chocolate cakes and cookies with nice results.

makes great hot chocolate and sauce
This product did not work too well for cookies- too dense. But it does make fabulous hot chocolate (mix with milk, cocoa powder, vanilla, and a drop of honey) or chocolate sauce (mix with cocoa powder a little agave, and water to desired consistency). Really cuts the calories while adding some thickness and creaminess! I hope that Swanson continues to carry this product.
