Ingredients: 100% Vegetable soap: Olea europea (olive) oil, Butyrospermum parkii (shea butter), coconut oil and/or palm oil, avocado seed butter, vegetable glycerin, green tea extract, tocopherol (vitamin E), green tea leaf, mineral pigment or vegetable color.

Awesome Soap This soap is my favorite of the Nubian Heritage soaps, I've tried most of them. I'm a man with normal to oily skin. This soap has a terrific aroma and cleans very well and yet my skin doesn't feel dried out or heavily moisturized . Not overly scented and subtly fresh smelling, this soap has exfoliating avocado and green tee leaves in it, like the previous reviewer said... they're not supposed to dissolve, they're there to exfoliate but not abrade.
