Serious Energy! Love this product! It does give me energy. I take 2 in the a.m. with glass of water, 2 at lunch time with a glass of water and 2 in the afternoon with a glass of water. I HAVE SERIOUS ENERGY, I call these my house cleaning pills!!! I refrain from taking these any later than about 4 p.m. otherwise I have a hard time trying to sleep. Conveniece almost got 4 stars since you have to take so many of them in a day, but after considering the alternative or powdered wheat grass (yuck to me) I decided it's 5 stars! December 30, 2010
