Restrictions I was very sorry to see the new restrictions to 1000iu to Canada. Taking one 5000iu was so much easier than taking multiple 1000iu's. This is such an important vitamin, I couldn't go without it. June 12, 2011
Great source of D-3 I have been using this product for over a year. Small, easy to swallow softgels make it so easy to take.
