Great Value I've been buying NOW Vitamin D-3 from Swanson for several months. My physician had recommended a substantial amount of D3 in supplement form. I am extremely satisfied with this brand - it is an easy-to-swallow very small capsule, and the price is reasonable. These Work! These babies work. A blood test showed I had low vitamin D levels so I purchased these. I take two daily along with my multi which has another 1000 IU's in it. My levels have gone up 25 points in about 5 months! These are small and easy to swallow and I have had no side effects from them. The large quantity and low price make them a great buy!
