Has more than most. I like this Omega-3 fish oil because of the quantity of EPA and DHA. One pill has 500mg of EPA and 250 DHA where it seems like most other Omega-3s have more like 360 and 180mg. I take two a day. April 22, 2012
Our bodies gotta have oil....!!! If you've never researched all the wonderful benefits of fish oil - Please do so. The list goes on & on & on. Backed by extensive studies too (so I've read). It did take me several ties to find the right one for me -- one that I didn't taste after taking. Even the Enteric Coated ones, which shouldn't taste after...(ugh). Anyway, don't give up trying different oils or dosages, etc. -- Search for various types of Omegas (the one for you may not be called FISH OIL). The important thing is -- You'll find one that works best with you. I'm glad I finally found mine...it wasn't this one (although this one rated better with me than some of the others I tried)....!!!! The one I 'NOW' love is also from Swanson Health Products - Yeah, Krill....!!! Just keep trying - Your body & mind will love you for it. :) April 1, 2012

Perfect! My doctor recommended that I take 1200 mg. of EPA per day. To get that much EPA, I would need to take 4 to 6 tablets of most products. With NOW Ultra Omega-3, I only need to take 3 tablets, giving me 1500 mg. of EPA. Also, many other products leave a fish oil taste and smell that last all day. I do not experience this problem with Ultra Omega-3. In addition, my friend who publishes a directory on wellness says that NOW products are excellent quality. I highly recomend it if you need large quantities of EPA. August 4, 2009
