Advised by a MD for me I'd not been aware of this before my husband's physician, and my former MD, mentioned this might be something I should be taking to calm both my over-active mind and testy evening digestion, come to find out. Most times, I take a capsule with my bedtime tea of choice. This particular mg strength and brand seemed like my best bet. It may just be helpful- I'm not yet sure. April 13, 2012
