Great for TOM (time of month) This super primrose oil is particularly good for TOM, helps with mood, cramps, and water gain. I take it a day or two before and during TOM and it really makes things a lot easier. you could take it daily, but i use a basic primrose oil on a daily basis. This is good stuff! April 25, 2012
