NOW Spearmint Oil is 100% pure and is steam-distilled from leaves and flowering tops. Spearmint is a favorite flavor for gums and mints because of its refreshing and cleansing taste.

Ingredients: 100% pure spearmint oil.

Suggested Use: For aromatherapy use. For all other uses, carefully dilute with a carrier oil such as jojoba, grapeseed, olive, or almond oil prior to use. Please consult an essential oil book or other professional reference source for suggested dilution ratios.

Caution: Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. If pregnant or lactating, consult your healthcare practitioner before using.

Extraction Method: Steam Distilled from leaves and flowering tops.

Great Value This spearmint oil has a refreshing uplifting smell that can be blended with other oils. It has less menthol than peppermint oil, which makes it ideal for those who don't want that "burning" sensation that can result from peppermint. I love that this oil comes in a 1 oz quantity; it lasts longer and is a great value! February 3, 2013

The real deal This is stuff is pure spearmint oil that is not diluted or polluted. I recommend this stuff to everyone. Very potent and it is a great product. I make my own truthpaste with this and it works great. January 13, 2012
