Worked For Me
I find it works well as an occasional tool for when you fall off the diet wagon. If you are a weight watcher (or similar) and keep to a diet carefully and watch proportions.. then Christmas happens and you indulge for ONE DAY.. then see it on the scale the next day.. This is your pill. It blocks the ability of the body to store fat (but not use or burn it). If you are taking it to stop the body from storing a boo-boo meal, it works well. As for a daily thing, not so sure it does because I eat pretty low fat on a daily basis so I saw no need to try it for a real "weight loss" tool. I use it as a help for when you eat too much (or too rich) and want to "cancel" that meal being stored as fat. I read that it did this in a book by Dr. Perricone and tried it and it works for me. Hey, it keeps me from gaining those two stubborn pounds which want to live on my hips forever if I let them!! Definitely worth a try if you are in the same category as me (maintaining weight off your body). I think they are a Godsend. I keep them in my purse, too, for when you get asked out (or treated out) unexpectedly to a restaurant and the food is full of fat and you can't easily control the portions to what is normal for your diet. It does have a metabolic enhancer in it (green tea) which speeds up metabolism, and makes you awake (caffeine, same as coffee). So note that and plan for it if you are the type who has coffee keep them up if taken in the evening, too.

Didn't do anything for me either
It did nothing to curb hunger for me. I'll finish the bottle, because it does contain a decent amount of EGCG, but definitely won't be re-buying.

Didn't do a thing
I got a bottle for me and one for my sister and it did nothing for either one of us.
