happy with this
I am taking this, along with ashwagandha, to help my adrenal glands. I have been happy with it so far. I buy this brand because it has no corn, soy, wheat, etc in it. I try to stay away from GMOs in my food and my vitamins. Swanson's has great products, great prices and great promos!

Effective and reasonably priced
I've used several brands and dosages of rhodiola over the last couple years, lending me a solid sense of its effects and whether a given supplement is working or not. I've found the NOW Brand to be the most effective and the best priced, working as well as much more expensive brands.

Great adaptogen
Rhodiola is great for dealing with stress / allowing your body adapt. I live a pretty stressful lifestyle and have tested this supplement...i.e. I took it for several weeks, then stop taking it for few days and could easily tell the difference, everything else in my supplement regimen/diet and other factors was the same...in my opinion definitely helps, especially if you put your body through lots of mental or physical stress

Good Product!
Overall a really good product for a "light" energy boost without any jitters or side effects. I was pleasantly surprised. I actually was doing a bit more exercise and wasn't as tired afterwards. I realized it must be the Rhodiola. That was a huge plus for me...no weird amped up feeling just increased energy! No feelings as though I wanted to build a room additon on my home!

It really works for me
I have been taking this product on and off for the past few years. I have a demanding job that leaves me feeling overwhelmed at times. After a week of taking the prescribed amount (sometimes in conjunction with ashwagandha), I notice a "mellowness" in my demeanor and I am more focused and productive. This is a staple in my supplements regimen. The quality is superior to other brands I've tried (even Swanson's brand).

I have 4 other people taking this product now its an amazing price through Swanson Vitamins. This product helps people feel less stressed, taken at night they sleep better, it also slims your body down and its just amazing. Read up on Rhodoola it helps men also, in different ways.
